By enrolling onto a Hibernian Community Foundation(HCF) Programme you agree to accept our terms and conditions.

- HCF reserves the right to amend arrangements for any programme.

- Photographs and videos may be taken and used by HCF and our partners for marketing, media and social media purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed or videoed please inform us in writing before the programme begins.

- Refunds will not be given unless under exceptional circumstances determined by HCF.

- Please declare medical conditions on the application form or in writing to HCF prior to your programme starting.

- Public Liability Insurance is provided by HCF, however this does not include damage or loss to personal property.

- HCF and it's staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during a class or programme.

- HCF reserves the right to remove, without refund, participants who are not following fair play guidelines i.e. bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- Payments will be returned if a course is full or if a course has to be cancelled due to low numbers.

- HCF & our partners may occasionally wish to contact you regarding opportunities and offers. We will never pass your details on to any third party.

- HCF will not be held responsible for cancellation of any session/programme due to severe weather conditions. Refunds will not be given for weather related cancellations, unless a facility closure takes place.

- Programmes can take place at various local venues of which all have been fully risk assessed and meet the delivery / operating standards of HCF.
